David Spencer joined the Thomas More Law School on 11 February 2019. He has been at ACU since 2012.
Kate Galloway is a property lawyer and Strategic Professor, Law and Social Justice. An award-winning law teacher, recognised with a 2009 ALTC citation for leadership in legal education, she is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and is an expert in legal education who is widely published in the field. She established the Law Education Associate Deans Network and for six years until 2023 served as editor-in-chief of the Legal Education Review, continuing to serve on its editorial committee.

Patrick Keyzer (pronounced Kay-Zer) has thirty years of experience as an academic and practising lawyer, focusing on human rights, public law, access to justice and criminal justice. At present Keyzer is working on a project investigating the use of restorative justice principles to mitigate climate change harms in Indonesia, and on a book reflecting on Australia's record of non-compliance with decisions of the United Nations Human Rights Committee.

Dr Alexander lectures and teaches Criminal Law and Public Law. Her research interests include the history of international humanitarian law - and change, theory and practice in international law. She also does research in legal theory and sports law.
Dr Bari's primary research expertise lies in the areas of constitutional law, human rights law, Asian law and public international law. He is the author of two monographs, 'States of Emergency and the Law: The Experience of Bangladesh' and 'The Use of Preventive Detention Laws in Malaysia: A Case for Reform" (with Safia Naz).
Associate Professor Harfield's research interests include the governance, management, and ethics of investigation, particularly covert investigation methods.
