The Vice-Chancellor and President's portfolio comprises:
The OVCP provides operational, governance and advisory support to the Vice-Chancellor and President.
The office is responsible for co-ordinating the Vice-Chancellor and President's schedule and communications. It works closely with members of the university's Senior Executive including their portfolios, providing advice and support to the ACU community on the Vice-Chancellor's behalf.
The office co-ordinates the activities for the following senior management committees:
The Vice-Chancellor's Advisory Committee (VCAC)
The University Consultative Committee (UCC)
The Chair of Academic Board reports to the University Senate, overseeing all matters relating to learning and teaching, research and research training, academic policy, programs and regulations.
The chair coordinates the work of Academic Board - providing senior academic leadership, efficient governance and effective communication between the academic community and the university's Senior Executive.

The Advancement and Alumni Directorate develops partnerships with alumni, donors, stakeholders, charities, and organisations to deliver a program of fundraising and engagement which supports the ACU Mission.
The team is focused on developing major giving strategies, forming mutually beneficial relationships with ACU alumni, and maximising philanthropic impact for ACU donors.

The Government, Policy and Strategy Directorate is responsible for managing high level policy issues and government relations on behalf of the university.
The directorate works closely with internal stakeholders and develops relationships with key external stakeholders - particularly in federal, state and local government - to ensure the university's interests are well represented in the development and implementation of public policy.
