Established in 2009, we are at the forefront of nurse-led implementation research and have been successful in obtaining multiple Category 1 research grants (National Health and Medical Research Council, Australian Research Council), as well as other national and international funding.

In partnership with clinical, policy, and academic partners, we specialise in implementation science research examining ways to promote evidence translation in the areas of stroke management, hospital-acquired complications, and de-implementation of low value nursing care. We collaborate with world-class national and international researchers and policy makers including: Agency for Clinical Innovation, Clinical Excellence Commission, Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care, and the Stroke Foundation.
