Scale up your career in management. As a manager in the making, you’ll empower your organisation, and its people, to succeed. From providing strategic guidance to supporting and motivating your team, you’ll make sure everything goes according to plan. Combining theory with practice, your studies in management will also teach you how to build trust, manage with empathy, promote sustainability, and align your teams towards good business and the good of society. Our courses have a global emphasis, so you’ll be prepared to take on a number of roles and enter a wide range of industries and businesses, including administration, operations, international trade – even a CEO – anywhere in the world.
Learn to lead by empowering others. Choose management studies at ACU and you’ll have the pick of almost any career path. Your intimate understanding of how businesses, teams and individuals work will make you employable in almost any organisation globally or in Australia, be it a public company, a private firm, a government department or a not-for-profit. Want to become a CEO? Start out with undergraduate studies in commerce or business administration, then move up to the prestigious Master of Business Administration (MBA).
"The reputation of ACU is very sound. It was in the top ten in Australian MBA charts when I enrolled. While most universities offer similar MBA programs, ACU provides an innovative approach which includes important values such as ethical leadership and corporate social responsibilities. The size of classes, and the professionalism within the program convinced me that ACU does things well. It didn't feel like students were just another number.
"ACU teaches you to think ahead with sustainable decision making. It's enabled me to see the world differently. As if with new eyes, my perspectives on local and global events have become more rich. I view and understand the world that surrounds us differently."
