The Application for Refund of Fees (RF) form should be used if:

  • you do not want your excess fees credited to the next study period; or
  • you have withdrawn prior to the census date after making an upfront payment.
  • If the original payment was made via a credit card, the refundable amount will be made back to that card.
  • If the original payment was made via Flywire, the refundable amount will be made back to the original source of payment

If your application is successful, your refund should be deposited within 14 working days. Please be aware that there may be a delay in the refund process during busy periods.
