NOTE: Applications without supporting documentation will not be considered.

A brief one-page cover letter addressing why you want to be in the program

Documentary evidence to authenticate the level of sporting or performing achievement e.g. a letter from the relevant sporting or performing institution or association.
Evidence of team selection, and national or state rankings etc.

You can attach two files (each file cannot not exceed 10Mb). Once you submit this form, it will then be forwarded to the Elite Athlete and Performer Coordinator for assessment. If you have larger files, please send them to elite.athleteprogram@acu.edu.au with your name and TAC Number.
