Our Virtual Open Day is designed to answer your questions about the PhD/DMin/MPhil experience at ACU.

Students with an interest in any of the areas we research in the Faculty of Theology and Philosophy are encouraged to join us to learn more about our programs and what higher degree research involves. Our research includes work in theology, biblical studies, religion, religious ethics, ministry studies, and the history, thought, and literature of the classical, late-antique, Byzantine, medieval, and early modern periods. Our philosophy program encompasses researchers from both analytic and continental traditions, working on such diverse fields as philosophy of mind, metaphysics, epistemology, twentieth-century thought, political philosophy, social and critical theory, ethics, the philosophy of religion, the history of philosophy, and philosophy as a way of life.
The Virtual Open Day information sessions are offered at two times to be hospitable across time zones.
PhD/DMin/MPhil: 8:00 – 9:00pm Melbourne time (5:00pm – 6:00pm China Standard Time; 10:00 – 11:00am British Summer Time, 11:00am – 12:00pm Central European Summer Time; 10:00am–11:00am West Africa Time. For other time zones, find out more).
