EnglishYou must submit an Airport Reception Booking Form at least 72 hours (3 working days) before your arrival in order for your airport pickup to be organised and confirmed.
You will need to know your accommodation address before you fill out the airport reception booking form. If any of your arrival details change, please contact your ACU International Student Adviser at least 72 hours before your arrival. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays so if you make a booking on the weekend, your details will be processed the following Monday.
Please remember to bring your airport reception booking reference AND the telephone contact details for your accommodation with you.
ACU Study Abroad and Exchange students
ACU offers a free airport service to study abroad and exchange students. Contact Global Learning at globallearning.inbound@acu.edu.au to arrange. Study Abroad and Exchange students are non-award students studying for 1 semester or a year and then return to their home institution.
If you've requested an airport pickup, the following charges will apply, depending on where you're going:
This rate includes 1 x airport parking charge at the appropriate terminal rate and the motorway toll from the airport to the city (Eastern Distributor).
Any further parking costs incurred or any other motorway tolls used will be additional to the above quoted transfer rates.
Domestic Airport to within a range of 15 kms from the airport but no more than 10 kms from the CBD $135.00
Airport Parking charges and tolls are similarly included as for Sydney at the appropriate Melbourne rate.
Above charges are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services tax).
ACU will email an invoice to you at a later date, therefore you do NOT need to pay the driver.
If you cancel on the day of your airport booking, you will be charged a cancellation fee of A$120.
Please ensure your mobile phone is turned on upon arrival in Australia so that your driver can contact you should you experience a delay in exiting immigration and customs. As this service has been booked at your request, you will be charged if you do not use the service.
