EFTSL value of units : All 10 cp units in this course have an EFTSL value of 0.125. Units with a cp value of a multiple of 10 have corresponding EFTSL values.
Admission requirements
An applicant must also comply with the Admission to Coursework Programs Policy.
To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed the following prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; OR
- At least five (5) years’ industry experience in a relevant role; OR
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management/leadership role, outlined in a portfolio demonstrating knowledge, experience and skills suitable to the level required for participation in the program.
International students need to meet the English Language Proficiency requirements as defined in the Admission to Coursework Programs Policy.

Completion requirements
To qualify for the Graduate Certificate, a student must complete 40 cp comprising:
- at least 30 cp from Mandatory Units (Part A), and
- up to 10 cp from Elective Units, as specified under the Master of Business Administration (Executive) (Part B).
Progression requirements
In all aspects of progress through the course, students will be advised by the Course Coordinator and bound by decisions of the School Committee.
Students enrolled in the MBA (Exec) and its constituent Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma may enrol in MBA units provided in the standard delivery mode, but students enrolled in the Standard MBA mode will not automatically be permitted entry to MBA (Exec) classes. Permission to participate in MBA (Exec) classes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, provided individuals meet the entry requirements of the MBA (Exec).
