EFTSL value of units : All 10 cp units in this course have an EFTSL value of 0.125. Units with a cp value of a multiple of 10 have corresponding EFTSL values.

To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed the following prerequisites at year 12 level, or equivalent:

Completion requirements
To qualify for the degrees, a student must complete 320 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:
- 300 cp from Specified Units consisting of;
- 100 cp from Business Specified Units (Part A)
- 160 cp from Information Technology Specified Units (Part B)
- 10 cp Community Engagement Unit (Part C)
- 30 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings for any other Bachelor degree courses or Information Technology Electives (Part D)
- 20 cp from Core Curriculum Units (Part E)
Progression requirements
In all aspects of progress through the course, students will be advised by the Course Coordinator and bound by decisions of the School Committee. A unit can only be classified as an advanced unit if it has more than one prerequisite in hierarchy. Australian Computer Society (ACS) accreditation requires at least four advanced units.
