Sexual harassment and sexual assault are never OK. All students, staff and visitors have the right to feel safe and respected at ACU, and we will not tolerate any forms of sexual misconduct.
If you have experienced or witnessed sexual assault or sexual harassment at ACU, or been made to feel uncomfortable, frightened, intimidated or threatened, we're here to help, regardless of where and when this happened.
We offer a range of free and confidential support services, from counselling to medical help to impartial advice on the university's reporting process.
If you are unable to find a service right for you, please email the ACU Safeguarding and Student Safety Team at respectandsafety@acu.edu.au or speak to your local ACU Safety Support Officer.
ACU is committed to ensuring confidentiality and will not disclose any personal information unless required by law.
