Everyone is equal and deserves to be treated with respect. We're committed to providing the best possible learning and working experience for our staff and students, so let us know what we're doing well - and how to do better.
Submit feedback
Open dialogue leads to better solutions so, if you're a student, staff member, prospective student or a member of the general public, please share your feedback. It can help make our university better.
If that is not appropriate or if you would like us to investigate and respond formally, please submit a complaint online.
Submit a complaint
Are there things you believe will help us create a better university? We encourage you to raise your concerns informally with the responsible person or directorate.
If that is not appropriate or you are unable to resolve your concern informally, please submit a formal complaint and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
If you are a current student, please submit your complaint through the Student Portal
If you are a current staff member, please submit your complaint here
If you're a prospective student or a member of the general public, please submit your complaint through the online form.
Complaints management
When you submit a complaint, we’ll act to resolve it as quickly as possible and as close to the source of the complaint as possible.
We will ensure that all parties to a complaint have the opportunity to be heard, be treated fairly without bias or pre-judgement, and be given an opportunity to respond.
We’ll also take all reasonable steps to respect the confidentiality of students and staff involved so they are prevented from suffering disadvantage as a result.

You also have the right to access any other appeal or complaint mechanism available to you as legislated in the relevant state or territory.
