This form is for current student veterans and/or family members of serving ADF members who are required to relocate due to service-related commitments. You will need to provide adequate supporting evidence of the reason for requesting a campus transfer, including the transfer location and date of relocation.

If your request to transfer does not relate to service commitments, please use the internal transfer request form in Student Connect instead.


If you are not currently registered with the Student Veteran Support Program, please register here in addition to submitting this transfer request.

Please note that a formal transfer can only be processed in alignment with the next study period (e.g. semester/term). If your posting or deployment date falls in the middle of a study period then a member of the Student Veteran Services team will support you with this request.
