Data walls and classroom learning

Data walls are being taken up  in schools internationally to support the goals of transparency and accountability.  However, there is limited research on their utility to improve learning and inform teaching.  Professor Claire Wyatt-Smith, Dr Lenore Adie and Dr Lois Harris are writing a series of articles for the Independent Union of Australia (NSW/ACT) exploring the use of data walls and the connection to improved student learning. In this first short article, we list key questions for schools to consider when implementing data walls.
