ISIS goes global
Following the tragic terror attacks in Paris, the world turns its attention to the organisation behind the carnage.
Do we now need to rethink our approach toward ISIS, previously characterised as a domestic terror group but which is now acting like a state engaged in a global war.
Can a discourse of tolerance, multiculturalism, and solidarity survive the sectarian and political polarisation that such attacks aim to provoke.
