The Melbourne Psychology Clinic (MPC) forms part of the Faculty of Health Sciences and is a training facility that offers you, your child or your family, psychological assessment and intervention.
The clinic offers a high standard of service to the community at a low cost, meeting the need for affordable mental health care.
The clinic is staffed by postgraduate interns who are undertaking a postgraduate qualification in psychology. All clinic services are overseen by registered psychologists who are skilled clinicians and supervisors. Treatment procedures are chosen on the basis of clinical judgement and expertise as well as current research evidence.
MPC provides a wide range of services, including Adult and Child Therapy, Psychometric Testing and Clinical Assessments. We welcome people from all walks of life and of all cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds (however we do not offer interpreter services). We assist children and parents, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
Whilst we welcome referrals from schools and medical professionals, a referral to our service is not required and clients are encouraged to contact us directly.
