Sector projects see us partner with several organisations to address a broad research question on a systemic or 'big' issue affecting areas of the community sector.

You may partner with at least one other organisation and submit a joint proposal for a research project to address a systemic or ‘big’ issue you have identified which affects your sector

Your project should propose to tackle a large issue or systemic problem in your sector.

Sector projects are designed to be undertaken in partnership between several organisations and ACU. So, your proposal must be a joint application between your organisation and at least one other organisation.

We request that you and your proposed partner/s draft the EOI together. You will be prompted when completing your EOI to include details of all proposed partner organisations.

You will also be asked to submit a brief letter of support from each of the named partner organisations as part of your EOI. Each letter of support must indicate the partner’s willingness to be involved in the proposed research project and be on the partner organisation’s letterhead.
